What is winter like in Incheon city, South Korea?

10 days ago it started to snow heavily in Incheon city, South Korea . . . winters in Incheon do not normally have heavy snowfall and the temperatures also don’t get extremely cold. This winter, however, is going to be the coldest  in over 20 years from what I’ve heard.

Koreans don’t generally keep snow and ice scraper-brushes in their cars . . . instead brooms and car dusters are used.

Does it snow in Incheon, South Korea? YES!

About 10 days ago it began to snow in Incheon city, South Korea . . .

Temperatures dropped to below -10 degrees . . . and with the wind chill factor made it close to -15 to -17 degrees.

On Facebook, there were dozens of posts about how students were all going crazy and racing outside to have snowball fights and play in the snow.
